Alongside this, Paul encourages innovation in the people he works with, which leads to creative ideas for new products, services and markets resulting in increased sales growth and higher margins.

Most importantly, Paul possess excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, the ability to influence critical decisions and to formulate strategic relationships internally and externally. I am a motivational and inspirational person who enjoys coaching and empowering individuals to enable them to fulfil their potential whilst ensuring that they make a positive contribution to the business.

In the earlier stages of his career, as a proactive and dynamic Managing Director, Paul gained considerable expertise in the growth and development of businesses in technology, manufacturing and recruitment industries both small and blue chip organisations.
